First go to the Pricing tab from the main menu and select Bulk Price Changes.
You can change the price against a specific branch or choose all branches.
Select a date when the changes will become effective. Choose today’s date to do it immediately. Press Next >> to continue.
You should now enter the new sell price that will affect all items. Press Update to continue. You can also change this value at any time and it will update the select items.
You can search for new items by typing a description into the search box and pressing Search. You can also filter on departments and sub departments.
You will be given a list of all items showing colours but not sizes. If you want to give different prices to different sizes then use the normal price change maintenance script afterwards.
Select each item by ticking the box next to each item or clicking select all or unselect all. Press Add to add the selected items to the list to update.
Any items that has a new price below cost price will be highlighted in red. This is just a warning and will not prevent you updating.
You can delete an item from the update by selecting the item and pressing Delete Selected.
You can abandon the update at any time by pressing Abandon Post.
To update the prices press Post Update.
