Creating A New Size Pattern / Size Bridge

Creating a New Size Pattern

Select Size Pattern under the File Maintenance Menu.

Select the Create New link at the bottom right of the list of size Patterns. Always check if the size pattern already exists first.

You will only be able to edit and delete size patterns that have not be assigned to stock. Once a size pattern is in use you cannot change it.

You will have twelve rows each with a drop down in it.

In the Size 1 box select the appropriate size from the list, in this case S for Small. Then go along each of the rows and select the next incremental size in order. For example here is a size pattern for Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2X-Large and 3 X-Large.

You can make changes to an existing size pattern in the same way.

It is good practice to ensure the sizes are in the correct order from smallest to largest and that there are no gaps between sizes.

Click the Apply Changes button to create the Size Pattern.
