Hourly Till Sales Report


The Hourly Sales Report breaks down the number of transactions and value of sales, by branch, per hour hour.

The sales' values are shown both inclusive and exclusive of VAT; the average value of each sale per hour is also calculated based on the Value Inc VAT figure.

The report also allows for the exclusion of specific Departments.


From the Main Menu, select EPOS and from the EPOS Menu, select Hourly Sales Report.




Branch:Select either All for all branches, or select the specific branch by clicking on the dropdown box.


From Date/To:Enter the required date range; use the calendars to the right of the date field, selecting the appropriate date.


Excluded Departments:This may be useful where you wish to exclude a specific department from the Hourly Sales Report. The most common exclusions may be for Ticket sales that are carried out via the till, as these do not usually form part of the ‘retail’ sales.




Output Option:There are two option PDF Report and Excel CSV; select the format in which you would prefer to view the report.


Print:Select this option to produce the report in the style previously selected.  If Excel CVS is selected, you will be given the option to open or save it, as shown below.
