How Do I Match Invoices - Invoice Matching Authorisation

First go to the Accounts tab from the main menu and select Invoice Matching Authorisation.


You will be shown a list of matched invoices awaiting authorisation. You can filter by a Branch, From Date and Supplier Code if necessary.


When you have found the invoice you are looking for, click Select in the right hand column.




You will be shown a list of the items that had differences from the invoice matching process.


You can use Reject to reject the differences which will undo the matching process and you will have to go back and match the quantities again.

Press Confirm to accept the differences.




Any lines marked for a debit notes will be created as a debit note for your supplier.
