How to Configure and Validate Season Ticket Holder Discount with Web Promotion Codes in the Online Shop

Overview

The STHolder Discount with Web Promotion feature allows Season Ticket Holders to receive their discount alongside active Web Promotion codes. This feature is only available in the Online Shop and applies exclusively to Web Promotion Codes.

1. Setup Instructions

To enable the feature:

1. Go to File Maintenance > System Configuration.
2. Select the Customer Order tab.
3. Tick the checkbox for Allow Season Ticket Discount with Web Promotion Discounts.
4. Save the configuration.

This setting determines whether the system allows both discounts to be applied together.

Please note: only one promo code can be redeemed per basket. Standard exclusion rules apply.
