New staff member - customer site

Below are the steps to go through when informed of a new starter at a customer:

If it's a new cashier, then there is a manual on adding and amending new cashiers within the KB and customers will be advised to do this this themselves. 

For the back office, many/most customers would just do this themselves. If they ask us to do this 
we should ask for verification from a more senior member of staff at the club that this person does indeed work for them and what their role is and what permissions we should allow if they don't know what to do but we should guide that senior member of staff through how to add a new user to the back office; the responsibility/onus is then on them if wrong permissions are set.

Likewise we would never give out another member of staff login details, or change login details so someone else could log in under that persons identity.
