Pop Up -  All Pages, Homepage or Basket Pages

Popup - All Pages, Popup - Homepage , Popup - Basket

This feature allows users to display static image popups on specific areas of the website, providing flexibility in targeting where the popup will appear:

  • Popup - Basket: The popup will be shown on basket pages, ideal for promoting products, discounts, or special checkout offers.

  • Popup - Homepage: Displays the popup on the homepage, making it perfect for highlighting major promotions, announcements, or seasonal campaigns.

  • Popup - All Pages: Ensures the popup is visible on all pages of the website, maximising exposure for site-wide promotions or key messages.

Please note once the popup is display , it will not display again for the same session.

Menu: Customer Order Setup > Web Pages and Email Text under Header Text




On the Header Text tab - select add new.



In the program -

  • Department: Select from the following options:

    • Popup - Basket: The popup will only display on basket pages.

    • Popup - All: The popup will display on all non checkout pages.

    • Popup - Homepage: The popup will display on the homepage.

    Please note once the popup is display , it will not display again for the same session.

  • Link: Enter the full URL of the product page or any relevant page in the Link field.

  • Image: Upload a image  to be displayed on the popup.

    • Recommended Dimensions: 450px x 450px

    • Formats: JPG or PNG

    • Size Limit: Must be under 500MB

  • Image Alternate Text(Optional): Provide alternative text for the image.

  • Display Text: Add any text you’d like to show on the popup. By default, the text will appear below the image.





Once that is complete you can select the days you wish for this to show and the dates of when these will show. 

And then finalise by clicking on Add image.
