Enter the Cat Code/SID/Description and select Search.

Web Stock Available is the calculated amount that you have available to sell on the website. For example, if you have 100 of a product booked in, and a web stock level set to 10 then your Web Stock Available figure will be 90.

Default Option for Minimum Stock Levels

You can set up a default minimum web stock level which will apply to all stock on the website.

This can be updated in System Configuration - Web Specific tab

**Please be aware that when the default minimum web stock level is in use, any manual changes made to the minimum stock level of an
individual product or range will be overridden, and the system will revert to the default stock level.**

Pre-Order Options:

If you wish to sell this item on the web even though you don't yet have the physical stock booked in then you can enter a negative number. For example, entering -200 will allow you to sell 200 of this item on the website before it goes out of stock.

Buffer Options:

If you wish to create a buffer so that the product goes out of stock on the website once you've got X quantity remaining, enter a positive number. For example, entering 10 will mark the item as out of stock once the stock level reaches 10.

Enter the quantity that you wish for each item in the Minimum Stock Level column.

Select Update.

Min Stock Warn Level is the stock level at which the website will change from "In Stock" to "Low Stock" on the product page.
