Suggested Min/Max Reordering Report
In order to use this report, you would need to set up the Min/Max Levels for the branches or warehouse.
Within Stock - Product Amendment Export/Import
This file can be narrowed down to a singular location and department and exported.
You will get a file which has the following details :
The minimum and maximum will need to be updated in column D and column E. Once all items have been updated as required, save the file and import back into the back office using the same program.
Once all required items have been updated you can then run the Suggested Min/Max Reordering Report.
The report can be run with particular Suppliers or you can run the report for all Suppliers.
Update the criteria as needed and you will be able to obtain details of what items are required to be ordered as per your minimum requirements.
