Picking Rules Explained
Select one for one if you would like the system to replenish as each item is sold. Select Minimum/Maximum if you would like the system to check the minimum stock level and when the stock falls below this create a replenishment to bring the stock up to the maximum. When selecting this option ensure that you min/max stock levels are setup as they default to 1 and 99999.
Bulk Min/Max Setup allows you to make changes by either department or sub department. This option can be found as per the screenshot below.

this step there will be multiple options underneath the main option is
selected. Please see below.
The below will allow you to set up the minimum and maximum stock levels for the chosen department, sub department and Branch.
One
for One option is a picking rule. For example, when you sell one you replenish
one.
If Warehouse Minimum Stock Levels is chosen the program will request Department, Sub-Department and the Minimum stock as per the example below. This will be the minumum stock held in the Warehouse. When runing replanishments if the stock level in the warehouse is at the minimum level it will not allow you to replenish the item.
