How Do I Setup A Bundle?
How Do I Create the Bundle
This will be the product that will contain all of the bundle items.
This needs to be a product on its own.
Stock > Stock Amendment > Search for product > Apply to All Records > Scroll Down
Active (needs to be ticked)
Requires All Products to be added to basket (optional)
This option will only let the customer add to basket if all the bundle items are selected e.g. a customer would not be able to buy only 2 out of the 3 items in the bundle
Apply Bundle Price (optional)
The default bundle price is the sum of the prices of the products in the bundle. If this is ticked a discount will be applied on the total.
How Do I Add Items to the Bundle
Stock > Stock Amendment > Search for product > Apply to All Records > Maintain Bundle Items
Search for the products, tick Add and click on Add Selected.
Once you have added all of the desired items, click on Complete.
If the above steps are followed but the bundle discount is not displayed in the basket page please setup a Retrospective Promotion from:
Pricing -> Till and Customer Order Promotions ->select Retrospective from the drop-down and click on Next. On the next page select -> Create a New Promotion
This promotion doesn't require Branches.
The only mandatory fields are the Start and End Date, Active tick box and Description.
The Description has to be Bundle if named differently the bundle discount will not work.
Use the Create Promotion button once the fields are completed.
Please note the Retrospective promotion applies for all bundle items set in the system.
