How Do I Setup Programme Subscriptions?
Initial Set up
From the main menu go to File Maintenance >System Configuration and then to Programme Subscriptions tab.
The Last Programme Number Issued should be set to zero for the first run and the Current subscription barcode should be empty.
Enter the number of programmes that there will be for the coming season between 15 and 25.
Assign the programme barcode to each issue for the next
season. (You will need to create each programme as an item of stock)
Click Apply Changes to update the settings.
The programme subscription product should be moved to a new sub department called Programme Subscriptions and be set as a non stock holding item.
Set the programme subscription sub department in File Maintenance > System.
The individual
programme stock items must either be set as non stock holding or must have the
correct levels of stock otherwise they will be marked as out of stock when the
orders are generated.
