Allow Collect Orders - Branch Setup

Setting up the system for Store Collections


The allow deliveries to store option is used to decide whether or not to offer collections as a delivery option on the website.

Under File Maintenance - System Configuration - Web Specific Tab



Ensure the Allow deliveries to Store is selected. 


Configure Branch Settings


You can configure collection settings in branch maintenance for each branch.


Tick the allow collection box to show this branch as a collection point on the website.


Use the Remote Branch option to require orders to this branch to be received from an in-transit state before the customer is sent a ready for collection email.





Finally go into the Customer Order tab in System Config and mark the record collection details to yes (located towards the bottom of the page)
