Update Collect Orders - Receiving Collect order at the store
Receiving Collections In the shop after dispatch
Collect orders should be dispatched in the same way as
regular orders. If the Remote branch
option is set in branch maintenance then the customer will not be sent an email
at this time.
From the main menu go to the Collect Order Update program under the dispatching menu.
When you receive the packages from the warehouse you
need to mark the order as received. This will take the order out of the
in-transit state.
Click the Receive
In-transit Order button and select the branch for the shop.
You will be given a list of orders that have been dispatched but not yet received into the shop. Click the tick box next to each
order number you wish to mark as received and press update.
The customers will now be sent an email to notify them
that their parcels are ready to be collected.

Note that the email sent to the customer is the same as the despatch email.
