Customer Order Despatch Confirmation

Once the order has been picked and packed you will need to update it as despatched.

Special Note:

Once you update the order the stock is updated and the customer is sent an email with the despatch details.




Enter the order number of the order you wish to despatch and press update or select the “Pick Despatches from a List” option


If you select despatch from a list then all the orders currently in picking will be displayed on the screen for you to select from.




The oldest order is at the top of the screen. Select the order you wish to despatch by clicking on the order number. 





You can change the despatch method and enter the number of boxes that the order is being packed into.



Check the quantity of items that have been packed against the quantities shown on screen and change any as required. Press Update as Despatched.


An automatic email is sent to the customer showing the items being despatched and any items still outstanding on the orders are marked as To Follow.


Press Remove Delivery from Pick if you do not want to despatch this order, this will set all the order lines to Held from Despatch.


Warning any lines you remove from a delivery will require releasing by the Hold/Release program before they will come out on a picking run.



Qty Picked Different to Ordered


If the qty picked is different to the qty requested then after changing the quantities and pressing Update as Despatched you will need to reprint the delivery note so that it reflects the changes.


To reprint the docket click the Print Unprinted Docketslink at the top right of the screen. This will print a new delivery note with to follow against the items removed.
