Add functionality to manually despatch orders
This is an option that clubs can add and remove yourselves.
To add the option, please go to Delivery Options Maintenance in Customer Order Setup.
Select Areas
Go into the relevant service you need to update by clicking change
When in the Delivery Option select change next to an option with none
Locate the manual despatch option and click on the radio button.
This will now update on the option within the service
Click update and this will show in the delivery method drop down menu on despatch confirmation.
If you do not have the option to go into the menu then you would need to speak to your Manager who will be able to provide the access, or process the changes.
You will need to update each service you require the option to be added to.
