Update Collect Orders? - Updating Orders as Collected
When the customer comes to the shop to pick up their
parcel you need to update it as completed and enter the name of the customer
collecting.
From the main menu go to the Collect Order Update program under the dispatching menu.
Click the mark
orders as collected button.

Enter the order number or scan the barcode as the top
of the paper docket. Press next if you
are keying it in.
Confirm
that the order presented is the order being collected.
Enter the customer's name in the box and press Update. If you don't want to update
this order then press Abandon.
If
the order hasn't been collected and you want to return the stock then you can
use the customer order returns program to put the items back into stock. Make
sure you use the Not collected reason and it will remove the collection
record from the order.
