Third Party Collection Orders
This guide details the process for Collection orders made containing Third Party products (e.g. Terrace/Fourex).
Third Party Only Products
- Release the order
- Order information is sent to Third Party
- The Third Party sends the products to you, and they mark the order as
completed
- Use the Collect Order Update to mark the product as ready for
collection.
- Despatch email sent to the customer.
Mixed
Basket
- Release the order
- Third Party product order information would be sent to the Third Party
- Club products would go into the normal order handling route
- The Third Party sends the products to you, and they mark the order as
completed
- Use the Collect Order Update to mark the product as ready for
collection.
- Despatch email sent to the customer.
it’s
important to note that when using a mixed basket 2 emails will be sent to the
customer, this is because the terrace products are despatched separately,
though
you have control of when these emails are sent via the Collect Order Update
program.
