Blocking Delivery Services - Third Party Integrations


In the event you offer products from Third Party suppliers by default customers will see the option for the usual delivery service which for some suppliers is not achieveable when selecting Express Shipping options. 


This can be blocked by navigating through Customer Order Setup > Delivery Options Maintenance > Delivery Services, 



Selecting the service you need to block from the third party products - tend to be next day/express service. 


You will be presented with an option to block a range of branches from using the service.




As the products for Third Party suppliers are set up against a specific branch, putting the block in place will prevent the chosen delivery service from being selected during checkout.
