Uploading Product Video

Please find the below step by step guide on how to upload video against a product:

Customer Order Setup ->Catalogue File Maintenance -> Catalogue Codes


Search for the product and click on Edit

 Once in the product scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find the new feature Video File [.mp4 only]





The only video format allowed is .mp4 as the description shows.

To upload the video you can click on Drop Files Here To Upload box or drag and drop from your PC/Laptop.

Please note:

  1. Dimensions ideally should be similar to the product images for display consistency.
  2. Length / File Size: Videos can greatly impact storage usability so, depending on your storage package, different file sizes are advisable.
  3. For optimal experience, ideally around 4-5 MB is suggested

If the video you are trying to upload is over the size limit the following message will be displayed:






If the video is under the size limit it will upload and be displayed as per below examples:
