What is Paperless Warehouse?

Our paperless warehousing system improves the pick-and-pack process by using a scanner to pick stock, eliminating the need for paper receipts. On top of being more efficient and eco-friendly, it has a corrective feature that notifies you of any mistakes so you can resolve them immediately â€" cutting down on mistakes.

Trolley/Compartment Creation

File Maintenance > Trolley Creation

you can create the Trolley in here. you will also need to add compartments for how many orders 
the trolley can handle. 



Picking Note Printing

orders are assigned through picking runs.  Order Despatching > Customer Order Picking Note Printing. 

here you can use the settings to decide what released orders go into the Picking run.



Assigning Orders


On the Scanner, if you select the Picking Menu you can then select Picking. It will ask you for a User ID and Pin code (these will be provided to you) once you are logged in you can Scan the Trolley (you can download the barcode from the Trolley Maintenance) you’ll be able to then select the Pick Run and press Assign Orders



Picking Orders


Once you’ve been assigned orders, you can start Picking the Products. Once the products have all been scanned. You’ll get the message saying that the pick has been completed. And it will then take you back to the picking screen. From here you can press the Send Pick Data once this  has been done, you’ll get a message saying it’s been submitted. 




Paperless Despatching


To despatch the orders, you can go to

Order Despatching > Paperless Despatching

You’ll then need to scan the trolley and press Get Orders this will bring up all orders assigned to this trolley. 
You can click on each order and despatch them as normal. Once the order has been despatched it will show as Green. 
Once all orders have been despatched you can press Clear the Trolley to finish the process.
