Creating and Configuring a Pickface Warehouse

A pickface warehouse refers to the designated storage location in a warehouse from which products are picked to fulfill customer orders.

To set up a pickface, you essentially create it as another branch within the system. However, there are a few additional configuration steps:

1. Configure the branch as normal, ticking it to be a warehouse and having it's stock included on web.

2. You'll need to configure the Warehouse screen in System Configuration to identify which branch is your bulk, and which is your pickface. Just like the below:

3.  Ensure all store branches pull from this new branch.

4. Note that whilst using pickface - you are essentially locked from picking from other locations, being only able to print picking notes from said branch.
