You can create a free postage and Packaging promotion by going into Promotions Maintenance in Customer Order Setup

Add new




When creating a promotion for Free Postage and Packaging, please note:

  • Do not use the ampersand symbol (&) in the code.

    • Example: FREEP&P -> This will fail, as the system does not recognize & as a valid character.

  • Instead, use a valid alternative such as:

    • FREEPNP

    • FREEPandP

This ensures the promotion code will be accepted and function correctly.
