Error Loading Image

Issue
You're getting a 500 error when attempting to load an image onto Back Office, or another error. Potentially a homepage banner, or product image.

Resolution
This can sometimes be caused by the image having any kind of formatting issue. Initially check that you're loading the appropriate file format (JPEG, PNG etc). Also note if dimensions for the image are listed that your image fits these. You can check by opening in MS Paint and checking the bottom left of your screen. 

If all of that is correct and the image is still failing, we have found that re-saving the image will resolve the issue. Simply open the image in MS Paint, then Export or Save As the appropriate file again. Attempt to load the newly saved image.
