Marking products as Discontinued

Marking a product as discontinued will stop the system from showing the item on any reports.


To do this you will need to go into the R&SS back office and under the Stock menu go to the Stock Discontinue/Recontinue program.



Having selected the program you will need to select the Set Discontinue radio button. 




The next step is to locate the product or products you want to mark as discontinued. You can search for these either by department, season or by description.




If you are wanting to remove all products for a certain season then select the season from the season: drop down and click search. This will then load a list of all products from that season.




Tick the Select tickbox next to each item you wish to discontinue and once all items you want to discontine have been ticked, scroll to the bottom and click update.
