New Stock Management Program

The new Stock Management feature provides an integrated interface for efficient product stock control. This will be available on all back offices by the end of October 2025. 

It combines stock level visibility, editing tools, and direct catalogue access into a single location, streamlining day-to-day inventory management.

The Stock Management script provides three key functions in one integrated view:

Available Actions:

• 📊 View Stock: Monitor current stock levels

• ✏️ Amend Stock: Edit quantities and stock details

• 📋 Open Catalogue: Access product catalogues directly

Benefits:

• Streamlined Workflow: All stock operations in one place

• Integrated Catalogue Access: No need to switch between multiple screens

If you are unable to access the program, please ensure this is updated on your permissions in Employee Maintenance.
