Stock Management 

This article explains how to  assign user permissions, and use the feature to manage stock efficiently. The tool is designed for fast, scalable access to stock records with live filtering and catalogue integration.


Overview of Stock Management Features

Assigning User Permissions

  1. Go to User Access Control ( Employee Maintenance )
    • Navigate to the Menu Level Access Options section.
  2. Locate the Stock Systems Menu
    • Edit Permissions and Find the newly added Stock Management item.
  3. Save and Apply
    • Confirm changes and apply permissions.

Using the Stock Management Script

Once configured, users can:
  • Search by Product, SKU, Barcode, or Supplier Code
  • Filter and Sort Results Live
  • Amend Stock Records
  • Open and Browse the Catalogue


Tips

  • Use specific filters to quickly narrow down large datasets.
  • Catalogue access is available with a single click.

Common Issues

  • Menu Not Visible: Ensure the user permissions are correctly assigned.
