Out of Stock Letters & Numbers
You can block out of stock letters & numbers by using the following scripts. Please note the letters/numbers must be removed manually once it is back in stock.
Customer Order Setup > Out of stock Letters / Numbers
- Personalisation Colour
This is the colour of the letters/ numbers that is out of stock. For eg. Red , Black , White etc.
- Letter Size
This is the size of the letters/numbers. For eg. Adult and Junior.
- Font
This is the font of the letters/Numbers.
- Letters
Please enter the out of stock letters/numbers for the selected colour , size and font here. This field is case sensitive.
For eg.
a. Out of stock Letter
Z c
b. Out of stock Number
3
Please enter Zc3 .
In order to mark the letters/numbers as back in stock, enter the same program with the same combination of size, colour & font then remove the text within the "Letters Field" and select "Update"
