MCR Personalisation Pricing Rules
Name & Numbers
Product Price
If the product has the free personalisation flag set then there is no charge. If there is an offer price then this fee is charged for this product.
Flat Fees
if the Flat fee rules are setup depending upon the type of personalisation selected (Squad or own name) then the flat fee is charged up to the maximum letters and numbers limit.
For example a Flat fee could be set of £15.00 for a maximum of 20 letters and 2 numbers. The customer may request
Name = CHAMPIONS
numbers = 2021
as the maximum number of numbers has been exceeded then the charge will be the flat fee of £15 + 2 x the standard price per number (£3.50) = £22.
Standard Pricing
With no flat fees setup then the personalisation pricing is simply the number of letters and numbers x the price applicable.

VAT on Personalisation
The personalisation amount is calculated and then added to the transaction using one of 2 barcodes provided in the feed:
The vat code held on the shirt determines which vat code to use. Children's shirts are non vatable so the personalisation fee is also non vatable.
