Adding the Personalisation Option to Replica Kit


  • Within Stock Amendment locate the product you require the personalisation to be added to




  • Ensure you select the option to apply to all stock records.


  • Once in the product record there is an option on the right hand side for Personalisation â€" this option will not be accessible once you have started to sell the product.


The next page will show you the type of personalisation you want to add.

  • The option would be shirt if it is a Replica Shirt you are adding the personalisation to. (You have the option to add to numbers to Replica Shorts)


If you have only one font option then it will go straight to the personalisation page â€" If you have more than one font option then you just need to select the relevant font you
want to update.

  • The options that must be completed in order to sell the shirt with personalisation is the first 4 fields.




  • The price patch details do not need to be entered as these are pulled from the system configuration program

  • Once the above four fields are completed, the option to add personalisation will be available.

All remaining fields is just for the look of the personalisation on the back of the shirt â€" this is not mandatory for personalisation to work.

  • You will require a rear image of the shirt to be added in Catalogue File Maintenance (where you add images against the products).
  • The image uploaded has to be in jpeg format or the text will not show.



The details entered here will differ as it depends on the image that is uploaded. You can add the details in and then adjust as per the image uploaded.




  • When completing the fields, you can preview at anytime.
  • Please remember to update which saves the details you have added. As soon as you click update the page will go back to the main stock amendment page.

Copy personalisation is now available from V2.4.6.

Once Personalisation has been setup on one shirt you can now use this SID to copy over the personalisation details to the remaining shirts 

You will still need to go into each SID that requires personalisation but once in the Personalisation program you will see this option under the Auto Suggestion.




Add the SID that you want the personalisation copied from and click update .
All the personalisation will be pulled across from that SID.

  • To ensure that the visual sits correctly, you will need to add the rear image in before adding this information in as you will not see how it sits on the top.
  • If you do not wish to upload the actual image then you can grey out the image you have and upload the greyed out image so at least you can see where the ‘mock up’ sits.
  • Just remember to upload the correct image when the kit launches.
  •  Please ensure that the relevant opÆŸons are updated on System Configuration â€" Personalisation tab if you have deactivated or are adding personalisation for the first time. These will generally already have been set up before so will not need amending unless you have or want to make changes.








  • Sponsorship Badge



If you are looking to sell a Sponsorship badge as well as the league badge - please ensure you select the sold separately option so this can be selected as well. 


If this is not ticked the customer will have the option to select the league badge or the sponsorship badge.
