When Requesting a new user for the support portal please can you include the following information -

First Name:
Last Name:
Company:
Department:
Manager Access Required (to see all support cases):
We will choose an available username and send a welcome email once setup. You should be requested to change your password on your first logon attempt or be able to reset by following the on screen instructions.
