Report On Orders By Email
Issue:
Is there an easy way that we can get all customer email addresses who have purchased a product on preorder, or any other specific item?
Solution:
If you run the Customer Order Status Extract, you'll be able to enter a date range and tick a box to include email addresses. Then within Excel you can find the email in column AD, and can filter column L to only include the SID you're interested in.
