What is the Stocktake PLU Export Program?

The Stocktake PLU Export Program uses the back office to generate files that contain all current PLU’s and exports them to a file that can then be downloaded to the scanners so that the scanner know which product the counted value is associated to.

When should you use the Stocktake PLU Export Program?

This program should be used before you use the scanners to count any items so that the scanners have an up to date list of all products and their associated PLU’s (barcode)

Steps to use the Stocktake PLU Export Program

1) Select Stocktake PLU Export program

2) Export PLU files

Select PLU Export program


The stocktake PLU export program is located on the back office under Stocktake -> Stocktake PLU Export.



Export PLU files


Once you have selected the program, select the “export” button and this will generate the PLU files and export them to a File server.
