Setting up Free Delivery over a certain value
If you want to offer free delivery to your customers for purchasing over a certain value you can set this up in Delivery options Maintenance.
Select service charges and then click into the service that you want to update the charge for.
Generally it will be the standard delivery that the option is applied against but you have to the option to add this to any of the services you offer.
When you click into the option you see the below details - this basically states the customer will be charged £5.95 up to an order value of 9999.99
Therefore the only change required here is the up to value. If you want to offer free delivery over £75 then the up to value needs to be changed to 74.99 as below:
Click update and then do a quick test on the website to ensure you are happy that the offer is applying when the basket value is above the amount stated.
