Stock Import - Product Creation - Import From CSV


A new version of the Style Creation CSV Import program was created. This includes a lot more data options for the import.

This can be accessed in Stock - Style Creation V3 Import from CSV



You will be able to see the specifications for each field in the program.


We would recommend firstly trying with one item or doing the test import on the staging site and check the results.

You can extract the blank csv file so it is easy to fill in the details:




As stated on the page and highlighted in orange is mandatory. 

Using the above process and the attached template you're able to import stock en-masse. Note that the template is formatted as a .xlsx with example stock already populated. In order to use this yourself, please remove the examples and enter your own products and click 'Save As' before selecting .csv as the file type. Alternatively, a blank template can be downloaded from within the program.


***When adding in the pricing, please ensure no special characters are used (no £ sign required) Just need to add the amounts - eg £5.00 should be entered on the csv file as 5.00. ***
