The Stocktake Sheet printing program within the back office allows you to creat a list of all products at a certain branch, so that when you are stocktaking you are able to manually enter quantities of each product, with the list also showing all barcodes assoicated with a product. You can either run the list by Bin location, a department or products with personalisation.
This should be used either if you are unable to use a scanner to count your stocktake (all scanners are in use, etc.) or if you can be sure that you can correctly count the items manual (we would suggest not doing this on small items such pens, pin badges, etc.)
1. Go To Sheet printing program in Back office.
2. Select which branch you are wanting the list for
3. Select what print format you want the list in;
- Location (see step 4)
- Department (see step 5)
- Personalisation (see step 6)
4. Either enter your Bin location is you know it or click search and find the correct location from the list (see step 6).
5. Select which department you want the list of products to be from (see step 6).
6. Click Print
You will find the Sheet printing program on the back office under Stock -> Stocktake Sheets Printing.
After selecting the Sheets Printing program you will presented with a
screen similar to the below.
You will then need to click on the Branch Drop down and select which branch you are wanting to count and therefore need a list of products.
Once you have selected which branch you are running the sheets printing for you will need to select what format you want the items to be loaded in (either by bin location, department, or products with personalisation)
If you choose to do sheets printing by bin location, once you have
selected “location†you will be presented with a box that allows you to enter a
Bin location.
You can either leave this blank and have all bins for this branch loaded, manually enter the bin location or click search and find the bin location from the list that opens.
If you are wanting to set your sheets list by department, when you
select “department,†you will be presented with a drop down containing all your
departments, simple select the department you are set to count.
If you are wanting the sheets for just products used in personalisation (letters, numbers, name blocks, etc.) you can click this option and will just need to click the print button below the print format selection.
Once you have selected which print format you are wanting to print the click of products in, you will need to click the print button, which will then present you with a pdf document listing all products with a box to enter the count and the barcodes associated with that product, Similar to the below.
