Till Discount Buttons
Till discount buttons can be created within File Maintenance > Reasons Maintenance.
Use "Reason Type" drop down option and select "Till Transaction Discounts":
After selecting "Create New" you will see the following set up menu:
Enter in a description which is relevant to the type of discount, the description will be used when the button is created on the till.
As noted the "Value" discount option can only be used on SymPOS Go devices and MCR till software.
Percentage discounts can be used across all till platforms.
Press "Insert" to create the new reason.
Once the tills have updated the button will show within the discount menu on each till. Please note a restart of the till software may be required for the button to show.
