Till receipt printer stopped working

Question:

Receipt printer suddenly stopped printing. and shows an error saying 'Printer Communication Error'
Answer:

A simple fix which I recommend trying before raising a case/calling support.

Swipe inwards from the left to open up windows > Settings > Printer and Scanners > THERMAL Receipt Printer > Open Queue > Find print job that has error against it > Right click (hold down on the screen) > cancel job > test print
