Scanners
You will need to use the Stocktake function on the scanner to complete this task. When you start a Stocktake it will ask you for the following information, Site Location Barcode, Bin Location Barcode.

Next you will be prompted to scan the first bin location code.

You should now scan one of each different item within this bin location.

Once you have scanned one of each different item within this bin, scan the next bin location barcode to indicate you are moving to a different bin. The scanner will then confirm new bin location code has been entered.
As above continue to scan one of each different item within the bin.
Repeat this until you have finished
scanning all products/bin locations.
Back Office
Go under Warehouse and select “Bin Location Import from Scannersâ€
Click the Search for Scanner Import Files once you have entered the relevant details
Select the files that you have uploaded and proceed. The program will give you a confirmation once the bin locations have been uploaded.
