Alvio Product Issue Troubleshooting

Products not inserting into Jonas Sports from Alvio


This will reject if certain conditions are not met:


  • Web department / web sub department doesn’t exist

  • Supplier doesn’t exist

  • Season doesn’t exist (must be all/General)




Product/Order hasn't sent to Alvio


Check the below against the product in Stock Amendment



Product must be selected as  "3rd party Item"




Specific Despatching Branch must be set to "Alvio"
