Auction Dashboard

The Auction Dashboard program provides an overview of all of your current and past auctions.

How to access ?

Menu : Customer Ordering > Auction Dashboard


How to give yourself a permission if the menu is not visible?

Under Employee Maintenance , edit permissions against your account

click Edit Permission under Customer Ordering



Please select Auction Dashboard


Features





The program appears as below:



The top bar displays the below:
  • The current number of active auctions that you have ongoing
  • The number of pending auctions, which is the number of auctions which have ended and are awaiting payment from the customer
  • The number of all time completed auctions 
  • The number of total live auctions you have ever had live
  • The number of total cancelled auctions
  • The number of auctions where the reserve price (if any was set) has completed, but the reserve was not met. 
  • The number of auctions in which the payment was never completed for the product

Below is the Auction Lists. This displays each of the live auctions which have been launched, and provides a the key information about the auction. Specific auctions can be found here using the date ranges or by sorting the auctions by using the table headings. 

Auctions will only be marked as complete when the order has been despatched or fully marked as collected, until that point, they will sit as Pending
