Dashboard Reporting - Sales Overview

Real Time Sales

Upon login you will be presented with the real time sales screen. The will show the latest statistics for all areas of the company (online order details, till sale breakdowns, sales by branch and sales by department.

If you then wish to break down to either the online or till sales only, you will need to select one of the option shown on the left of the screen.

Total Sales

The Total Sales Tab of the dashboard will provide a graph showing the value of total sales for all locations. The values are calculated on a daily basis combining online orders value and nett till sales.

The graph has a start and end date therefore you can see the total sales for any date range required.



Online Orders

The online orders Tab of the dashboard will provide a breakdown of all online orders placed during the dates set in the start and end dates at the top of the screen. The tab will then show an overview of the number of orders split by which section of the pick/pack process they are in (in pick, dispatched, cancelled, refunded, etc.

This tab then contains graphs showing the quantity of online orders placed during the period selected as well as the total value of all online orders place during this period. Within this tab there is also a graph showing the number orders dispatched during the selected period.

Till Sales

The Till sales screen will provide you with different break downs of the tills sales over the selected date range.

The first breakdown shows the total sales value by branch (using the branch code) over the period, either by day, or on a weekly basis.

This page will then show the value by branch in the form of a pie chart, showing the proportion each branch contributed to the total value as well another graph showing the number of transactions by branch.

This section will also show the value of sales by department in the form of a pie chart, showing the proportion each department has contributed to the total value.

Attention Required Tab

On the Attention required tab, this will provide you with information of items that are currently setup for pre order but currently also have stock. This tab will also show you any items that, in catalogue file maintenance; don’t have Sell on web ticked, have preview site only ticked, aren’t linked to any page on the website or have no images set against them.

This tab will allow you to identify pre-order items that either have need stock adjusting off them OR the minimum web stock level needs adjusting to take the item off pre-order. You will also be able to use this to quickly identify incomplete products or items that need making inactive due to them no longer being sold on the web.
