Checking Outstanding Gift Card Balances
Under EPOS - there is a program to view outstanding gift cards and credit notes.
Select Gift Card/Credit Note Outstanding Report
from EPOS menu.
Select the system the Till uses and the Gift Card radio button and click Next.
Here you have a list of all the outstanding Gift Cards.
