Selling Gift Cards and Checking Balance on Tills

Selling Gift Cards

Select OneShots from the SalesScreen.



Select GiftCard button.  



Enter GiftCardValue. i.e. For £20.00 enter 20.00 or 2000.

Select Enter.



Scan Gift Card or enter the Gift Card number manually.

You can see the Gift Card on the Sales Screen. The Gift Card number will show under the product title 'Gift Card' so in the below example, the gift card number is 1234567890




Select Back button to come out of the OneShot screen.

Select Total.

Select the method of payment to complete the transaction.

Checking Gift Card Balance

Select Menu button from the Sales Screen.

Select Gift Card Balance.




Scan or enter the Gift Card number.



Select OK.

The Gift Card outstanding balance will then pop up on the screen.
