Customer Cancellations

To cancel an order or line within an order you will need to go into Customer Order and Line Cancellation in Customer Ordering:



Enter the order number or find using the various search fields




If you search for the customer you will then see all the orders for the customer and you can select the one you wish to cancel.  If you have entered an order number on the first screen then this screen will be skipped.




Select the lines you wish to cancel or Select All, select a reason from the drop down and Press the “Update as Cancelled” button.


The order lines will be cancelled.
