There are 2 main different versions which result in slightly different process of linking the banner to the relevant page.

Whereas before the Department Banners and Subdepartment Banners where amended in different programs they now use a shared script which brings a few more benefits explained below.
Customer Order Setup > Web Pages and Email Text > Department Banners > Add New >
Select Web Department from the dropdown.
Upload the 3 different sizes of banners, similar to homepage banners. This is necessary in order to display a banner on mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
You can add some text in the Display Text field if you wish. Please note that this text will only display on desktop devices.
Set your dates and click on Apply Changes.
Customer Order Setup > Web Pages and Email Text > Sub Department Banners > Add New >
Select the Web Department from the dropdown and then the Web Sub Department.
Upload the 3 different sizes of banners, similar to homepage banners. This is necessary in order to display a banner on mobile, tablet and desktop devices.

Set your dates and click on Apply Changes.
Go to Customer Order Setup > Web Pages and Email Text > Banners Maintenance > Add New >
