How to manage PDP / Product Size Guides / Product Specific Size Guides

Size guides can be made to display directly on the PDP in a popup.

(For more info on how to create the actual size guide table please consult the separate specific manual or get in contact with us.)

1. Default Product Page Size Guide 

(Fallback to display on all items)

The content in the popup by default would come from Online Shop Static Page Maintenance. This is usually just another copy of the main size guide as per the link in the footer.

In order for this to display on the product page you would need to create a new Static Page under the "Product Page" section and ensure a file name of "size-guide".

If you want a link to a size guide in the footer of your page, please use TAB 2 as your Menu Position.

2. Specific Products Size Guide

The main purpose of this is to achieve something like the below, a range / product specific size guide being shown.

The first thing we'll want to do is create this size guide in Product Tab Maintenance.

Again the important thing is the File Name - "size-guide" which tells the system this is to be put into the size guide popup.

Alternatively this would just display as another accordion item along with the Description, Delivery Information etc. underneath the "Add To Bag" on PDP.

Once your specific size guide is created we need to setup the relevant item(s) to use it.

3. Assigning a product tab size guide to products

This is done in Catalogue File Maintenance > Catalogue Codes > Edit the relevant product > Maintain Product Tabs > Tick and update against the relevant product tab size guide.
