Item is showing online when it should not

If a product is showing online but you belive it should not be then it is due to be set up to show on web and mobile.

The setup sits in Catalogue Codes. Navigate to Catalogue File Maintenance under Customer Order Setup

Click into Catalogue Codes

Locate the product by entering the SID or description

Click into Catalogue for the product

Ensure the sell on web and sell on mobile/adds is unticked. 

Click update and run web jobs if any changes are made.
