There will be instances where an order is returned to sender due to address details, customs or unable to deliver.
The customer still wants the order however you do not have a label to resend this.
The only option to create a new label would be to return the order on the back office refunding back to returns note.
Create a new order through Telesales using the returns note and then you will be able to print a new despatch label for the parcel.
