PLP Featured Products

Managing Featured Products on the PLP (Product Listing Page)
This article explains how to manage Featured Products on the Product Listing Page (PLP) for sub-departments. This feature helps highlight selected products at the top of sub-department pages, improving visibility and user engagement.



Note: The "Featured Products" tab is currently only available for sub-departments.

Accessing the Feature

  • Navigate to Web Department > Sub Department Maintenance.

  • Feature Products button will appear.





  • Use this section to add or remove featured products for each sub-department.

  • After adding products, you can rank them using drag-and-drop to set their display order.

  • The ranked products will appear at the top of the relevant sub-department page on the website.


Important Notes

  • Products added in the back office may not appear on the website due to validation rules. Ensure the following:
    • The product is set to “Sell on Web”.
    • The product has available stock.
    • Other business logic validations may apply.
  • Products with zero stock will not be displayed on the website, even if they are featured.

Common Issues

  • Featured product not showing online?
    • Check if the product is marked as “Sell on Web”.
    • Confirm stock availability.
    • Review any additional business rules that may prevent display.
